What Information Should I Have Before I Call?

Before you call, please note the model number/model name and the serial number of your product. Additionally, if applicable, have the version number of the label creation software you’re using.

Your call will be answered by a voicemail system that will prompt you to leave a message. A Technical Support Engineer will return your call promptly.

When leaving a message, include your name, telephone number with extension, company name, the model number/model name of your product, and a brief description of the problem you’re experiencing.
