Before you call, please note the model number/model name and the serial number of your product. Additionally, if applicable, have the version number of the label creation software you’re using.

Your call will be answered by a voicemail system that will prompt you to leave a message. A Technical Support Engineer will return your call promptly.

One-Year Warranty

To ensure your facility maintains the most optimized production regime, all AstroNova equipment is covered by a standard one-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty also includes unlimited telephone and email technical support assistance.

An extended two-year warranty is available for an additional fee, or included standard on the QL-120X.

On-Site Startup
On-Site Startup

As part of our On-Site Startup package, a product support specialist will come to your facility to start up and install your printer and provide training for operation and maintenance. This package also includes one local PC on-site driver, CQL Pro software installation, and unlimited telephone and email technical support for start up or installation assistance for up to 30 days after purchase.

To help you get up and running quickly, AstroNova offers a Quick Setup program specifically for setup assistance and user training. This package includes a remote live printer setup session (up to 3 hours), one local PC remote driver, CQL Pro software installation and remote operational and maintenance training. What is a Blanket Order?

A Blanket Order is an agreement between an organization and a supplier to deliver a set quantity of items at a fixed price within a specified time period.

How Does It Work?

In exchange for your commitment to purchasing printing supplies exclusively from GetLabels for the next 12 months, we’ll work collaboratively with you to reduce your inventory and decrease costs thanks to our lowest prices on inks, toners, and thermal transfer ribbons, labels, maintenance cartridges & printheads. These reduced prices will be locked in for the duration of your contract.

Three Programs For Flexibility

1.) Blanket Order With Scheduled Deliveries: Maximize savings by placing a Blanket Order with scheduled shipments for your annual consumption of labels, inks, toners, or thermal transfer ribbons.

2.) Blanket Order Without Scheduled Deliveries: Many can predict what they’ll need in the coming year but can’t quite commit to scheduled deliveries often due to seasonal demand or to a changing product portfolio with evolving packaging requirements. Place a Blanket Order for your yearly consumption and let us know when you’d like us to make a shipment.

3.) Can’t Place A Blanket Order Yet but Want to Benefit from Substantial Savings? We have you covered. Many label printer owners often can’t predict what they will need or can commit to buying all their label requirements from GetLabels. Our Media Requirements Contract (MRC) was designed for you.
